Sulzer launches world’s greatest medium-consistency pump

Sulzer has introduced the launch of the world’s largest medium-consistency pump, the MCE93-400, which has been built in response to buyer demand for greater manufacturing rates in pulp mills.
เกจวัดแรงดันถังออกซิเจน pumping of liquids with a high dry solids content material – medium consistency – is crucial for processes within the pulp and paper trade.
In latest years, production rates have spiralled. As a result, Sulzer developed the MCE93-400 for a buyer venture with record-breaking values.
The capability of the pump reaches up to 10,000 air dry metric tonnes per day with the flow as much as 940 l/s and the pinnacle as much as one hundred eighty m. The MCE pump is designed for a strain ranking of 25 bar.
เกจ์ออกซิเจนsumo , product supervisor for MC tools at Sulzer, mentioned: “The new MCE93-400 has been designed to function effectively, saving energy, water and chemical costs in pulp and paper mill processes. The revolutionary design features of the pump minimise its life cycle costs.”
The first huge MCE pumps have been dispatched to a major pulp producer in South America.
