US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 staff.

Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, high product lines and adding extra service capabilities to this area. We are very desperate to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five places all through the United States, and greater than forty service outlets. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 workers.
