Waukesha Bearings celebrates plant’s fiftieth anniversary

Waukesha Bearings is marking 50 years of manufacturing in Antigo, Wisconsin, USA.

Founded in Waukesha, Wisconsin in 1946, Waukesha Bearings opened its Antigo manufacturing facility in May 1972, with a staff of three full-time workers. In 2019, the plant expanded to a hundred,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and now employs one hundred twenty individuals. The manufacturing house was added to accommodate production for marine bearing methods and different new initiatives awarded to the company.
“We are proud of our success and development to turn out to be a provider of precision bearings to a few of the largest multi-national companies from our small-town, Northern Wisconsin location,” stated Mark Greenlund, plant manager.
