Trillium to acquire Termomeccanica Pompe

Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the power, desalination, water transmission and oil and gasoline markets.
The two companies have signed a joint agreement that may deliver the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands together under the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on creating the ecological and gasoline compression sectors, the place its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
